Can you name any Presbyterian women?
This our latest "special effort" for naming. It is the Maffra PWMU (Presbyterian women) in 1926.
Can anyone recognise anyone in it? We think the woman in the fourth back row on the left may be the Minister's wife, Mrs Hipwell. Ruth has recognised her mother, Mrs Elspeth Price, second from the left in the third row, and we think the woman on the right in the third row is "Mrs Dick Noble". Stand by while we get her correct name.

No, but I like the hats. Remember when you used to go to parties and throw your coat on the bed in the front room? Imagine all those fur pieces piled up on the bed. Is it an accident that most of the furs are in the front row? Are these ladies the leading lights of the PMWU?
