Dairy Book on target

The Dairy book is almost finished, and on track for a launch at the Maffra Mardi Gras (where the Theme is the Year of the Farmer).

The book is 70 pages, comb bound, and available from the Society for $12, post free. You can order copies from the Society at P.O. Box 321, Maffra, 3860. Or come along and see us at the Mardi Gras on 17 March.

Along the way, we will also be issuing detailed notes on the Briagolong Cheese Factory (21 pages, comb bound, $6 posted) and the Heyfield Butter Factory (it is a whopper - 97 pages, comb bound, $15 posted). We will not be producing stocks of the last two, only making them up as ordered, so please allow 21 days for delivery.
